Job summary

Dexcom seeks a high-impact IT Senior Manager for Manufacturing and Smart Factory to lead strategy, development, and support of our global manufacturing systems landscape. You will guide a world-wide IT/OT team and ensure GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, and FDA 21 CFR 11/820 compliance while shaping the Digital Factory roadmap.

You will partner with manufacturing, quality, and IT to drive automation, lifecycle management, validation, and continuous improvement, managing budgets and staffing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing systems management (strategy, development, and support).
• Experience with Machine Learning, Predictive Maintenance, and AI for Manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of FDA requirements for validated systems, GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Parts 11 & 820.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of IT/OT professionals in design, development, and lifecycle support for global manufacturing platforms.
• Define and execute strategic initiatives including Digital Factory, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, and Manufacturing AI/Analytics.
• Drive automation in collaboration with manufacturing owners to support Digital Factory implementation.
• Maintain validated systems throughout their lifecycle with periodic reviews, change control, and re-validation.
• Collaborate across operations, quality, and IT to ensure seamless integration and process efficiency.
