Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of IT management experience and leadership of a tech team.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and security.
• Manage a team of IT professionals with coaching and performance evaluations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements as needed.
• Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.
