Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any field) with 5 years of relevant program management experience.
• 9 years total education/experience with 30 semester hours = 1 year of experience.
• Three years of program administration/ development/ research and 4 years education/experience; plus 2 years grad-level public-service related education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business staff and IT, translating needs into technical requirements.
• Facilitate communication and problem-solving between business teams and IT partners.
• Manage internal IT ticketing workflow from request to completion.
• Oversee IT systems projects and portfolios to support governance and progress tracking.
• Perform duties to support system operations and continuous improvement.
