Qualifications

• Four years of college education plus four years of progressively responsible administrative experience in analytics, reporting, and strategic planning.
• Four years of experience modernizing legacy systems.
• Four years of professional experience directing large-scale human services platforms or case management systems.
• Four years of professional experience leading diverse teams and working collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Two years of professional experience working with procurement for a public or private organization.
• Four years of professional experience overseeing vendor performance, including contract negotiation and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate coordination between DHS program areas and DoIT to align business priorities with IT strategy.
