The Dewitt Companies is seeking an IT Manager to lead the strategy, security, administration, and support of our technology infrastructure across locations. This hands-on senior role reports to the CEO and drives initiatives that improve uptime, cost efficiency, and security.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of hands-on IT leadership, deep Azure and Microsoft 365 experience, and strong governance skills. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on risk

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of hands-on IT leadership experience.
• Extensive experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, cloud computing, network administration, cybersecurity, and hardware support.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide IT staff and collaborate with leaders across locations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, multi-site networks, and IT governance with risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Manage all corporate hardware, software, infrastructure, and multi-site networks.
• Recruit, manage, and develop IT resources.
• Oversee Help Desk and ensure timely user support.
• Lead IT governance and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors on IT projects.
• Develop business continuity protocols and IT budgeting.
