Job summary

Geo-Logic Associates (GLA) is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the IT team and oversee secure, reliable on‑premise and cloud infrastructure. You will guide cybersecurity controls, provide strategic IT support to executives, and manage cloud platforms like Microsoft 365 and Egnyte.

This role requires strong leadership across multiple offices and deep Deltek Vantagepoint and SQL Server expertise. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor IT staff across multiple offices.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Egnyte and related cloud platforms, including identity management, Conditional Access, endpoint management, SSO, SCIM integrations, and cybersecurity controls.
• Recommend policies and procedures for network infrastructure, cloud environments, system performance, backup systems, disaster recovery, AI implementation, and business continuity.
• Identify IT solutions and investments to support executive management team directives.
• Advise the data science and AI technologies team on IT topics that support their objectives.
• Develop custom data extracts and queries for Deltek Vantagepoint and the associated Microsoft SQL server.
