Job summary
Cristcot is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Operations, Cybersecurity & Compliance to lead day-to-day IT operations and maintain a secure, compliant, and reliable technology environment. Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT operations, infrastructure, Microsoft cloud administration, endpoint management, or cybersecurity.
- Hands-on administration experience with SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Strong knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, privileged access, single sign-on, and guest governance.
- Experience managing MSPs/third-party vendors and IT service delivery in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily performance, availability, and reliability of corporate IT services.
- Escalation point for complex Microsoft 365, endpoint, identity, access, and security issues.
- Oversee incident, request, problem, change, and escalation-management processes.
- Develop IT procedures, documentation, and operational standards.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and lifecycle activities for employees.
