Job summary

ITW seeks an experienced IT leader to develop and execute strategic IT initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency within their Automotive Aftermarket platform. This position involves close collaboration with division leadership and entails responsibilities such as overseeing enterprise architecture and implementing AI-driven analytics to support eCommerce growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields and a robust background in IT strategy and leadership, along with at least 10 years of progressive experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience developing and executing IT strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies like AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic IT Business Partner to RSS and division leadership.
• Translate business strategy into technology and data roadmaps.
• Drive enterprise architecture evolution and simplification.
