Volvo Group seeks a strategic IT & Innovation leader to direct IT and cybersecurity for US Highway Solutions. You will shape the IT strategy, govern supplier performance, and drive digital operations in a fast-paced autonomous transport environment.

You will partner across Volvo Group Digital & IT and external providers, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to enable growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, engineering or business.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise technology operations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, digital workplace tech, IAM, cybersecurity, ITSM, and vendor management.
• Experience with outsourced services and multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Solid governance, compliance and operational risk management knowledge.
• Experience with ISO 27001 or similar security frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the senior technology leader for Volvo Autonomous Solutions US Highway Operations.
• Develop and execute IT vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Identify technology opportunities with executive leadership to drive growth and efficiency.
• Translate priorities into actionable technology initiatives and outcomes.
• Oversee IT operations, service management, and supplier governance.
• Lead information security initiatives including vulnerability management and incident response.
• Maintain ISMS and support ISO 27001 certifications.
• Foster collaboration between US, Sweden, and Volvo Group entities.
