Job summary

Volvo Group seeks a strategic IT & Information Security Lead for US Highway Solutions. You will align technology with business growth, oversee cybersecurity, supplier performance, and digital operations, and partner with Volvo Group Digital & IT and external providers to drive innovation.

You will balance strategic direction with hands-on execution, leading governance, risk management, and incident response across a rapidly evolving autonomous transport landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise technology operations, service delivery, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Digital Workplace, IAM, cybersecurity and risk management.
• Experience with ITSM, enterprise applications and vendor management.
• Experience managing outsourced services and multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Strong governance, compliance, and operational risk management.
• Experience with ISO 27001 or similar frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology, cybersecurity, supplier management, and digital operations for US Highway Solutions.
• Drive IT strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Oversee IT services, governance, and performance metrics.
• Manage external partners, suppliers, and service reviews.
• Own information security agenda, risk assessment, and remediation programs.
• Support ISO 27001 certification efforts and regulatory compliance.
• Engage executives and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into tech outcomes.
