Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, governance, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Experience with complex enterprise IT processes and operating models.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, internal controls, and process management.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME in IT governance, risk management, process management, and internal controls.
• Assess current governance, risk, and processes, including roles, responsibilities, workflows, and controls.
• Conduct business process discovery through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Develop current-state and future-state process models; identify gaps and bottlenecks.
• Develop target operating models with governance structures and ownership assignments.
• Apply COBIT-aligned governance, management objectives, and performance measures.
• Map processes to COBIT objectives and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create prioritized transformation and process-improvement roadmaps with milestones and risks.
• Establish standardized intake, evaluation, prioritization, and change-control processes.
• Maintain governance, risk, issue, and control registers and backlogs.
• Develop risk-management frameworks including scoring criteria and escalation thresholds.
• Support risk-treatment planning with owners and milestones.
• Design future-state processes with clear ownership and performance measures.
• Produce implementation-ready documentation (maps, SOPs, charters, RACI, etc.).
• Support a Tasker Tracking System with ownership, due dates, and reporting.
• Develop executive dashboards and recurring governance reports.
• Integrate governance and risk data into strategic planning and executive decision-making.
• Facilitate working sessions with executives, process owners, and governance bodies.
• Provide recommendations on governance structures, controls, and operating models.
• Support organizational change and adoption through training and readiness assessments.
• Conduct maturity assessments and lessons-learned reviews to improve governance and processes.
