Job summary

NTT DATA North America seeks an IT Governance & Strategy Lead to join our Arlington, VA team. The role focuses on governance, strategic planning, risk assessment, and performance measurement at an expert level.

Responsibilities include enabling organizational development, process re-engineering, and driving strategic improvement initiatives across projects and PMO functions. A Secret clearance is required and senior leadership experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years as SME delivering governance, strategy, planning and performance management.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience with PMO, portfolio management and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, strategy, risk assessment, and performance measurement initiatives.
• Develop processes, briefings, metrics, and data calls for audits.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions and mentor project managers and staff.
