Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a rapidly growing logistics and technology company in Austin to recruit a Finance Manager who will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and IT budgeting initiatives.

You will partner with IT, Engineering, Product and Operations leaders to evaluate technology investments, manage software and cloud budgets, build ROI models, and deliver executive dashboards for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Experience supporting IT/technology budgets and SaaS.
• Strong modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.
• Experience evaluating technology investments and ROI analyses.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning for IT and technology.
• Partner with IT, Engineering, Product, and Operations leaders to evaluate plans.
• Manage large technology budgets: software, cloud, infrastructure, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess ROI and investment strategies.
• Monitor actual vs budget and identify key drivers and trends.
• Support month-end close and ensure accurate tech expenditures reporting.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting process improvements.
• Collaborate with Procurement and IT leadership on cost optimization.
