Omnicare, part of CVS Health, is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to partner with IT and finance leadership. You will own IT budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and manage the IT P&L, providing analysis and recommendations to drive financial and operational results.

You will develop models, dashboards, and weekly/monthly IT reporting while supporting month-end close and cross-functional decision-making. Ideal candidates have healthcare experience and Netsuite knowledge.

Formación

• 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience, focusing on budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with strong data interpretation skills.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own IT budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the IT organization.
• Manage IT P&L and explain variances with leadership.
• Lead annual IT budgeting cycles aligned to strategic priorities.
• Track project spend, resources, timelines, and financial performance.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for IT spend and investments.
• Support month-end close activities and variance analysis with accounting.
