Job summary

Aramark is seeking an IT Field Services Director to lead technology delivery across multi-site accounts, drive profitable growth, and resolve issues permanently on the first attempt. You will liaison between IT PMO, LOB PMO, and Enablement, while building executive relationships with client leaders and security teams.

The role requires 8–12 years in IT field services or deployment, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel ~30% for on-site support at accounts.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive IT field services, account management, or deployment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior client leaders and with client Security and Enterprise IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Account Growth Enablement: ensure technology programs are enabled at each account to support profitable growth.
• First-Time Resolution: own root-cause resolution to permanently eliminate recurring issues.
• Account Point of Contact: serve as the first contact for service issues and new work requests.
• Forward Visibility & Planning: maintain visibility into upcoming technology requests and initiatives.
• Executive Relationship Management: build and maintain trusted relationships with key client leaders.
• Client IT Partnership: develop strong relationships with client Security and Enterprise IT teams.
• PMO & Enablement Liaison: liaison between IT PMO, LOB PMO, and Enablement to align priorities and timelines.
• Technology Deployment Oversight: ensure programs and tool rollouts are adopted successfully.
• HC+ Business Acumen: apply HC+ understanding to align technology programs with business operations.
• Escalation & Risk Management: senior escalation point for at-risk issues and new work.
• Travel approximately 30% on-site at key accounts.
