Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing development teams and Agile software organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all software development, integration, BI, QA, and release management activities.
• Build a high-accountability engineering culture and coach managers and senior engineers.
• Establish Agile/Scrum practices and oversee sprint planning, standups, retrospectives and release planning.
• Oversee Jira work prioritization and tracking; manage modernization of tools and platforms.
• Partner with business leaders and vendors; implement governance and engineering KPIs; improve documentation in Confluence.
