Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field with six years of experience as a Director delivering MDM data solutions.
• Alternate: Master's + four years of experience in similar leadership roles.
• Expertise in mainframe, Java, and Oracle technologies for data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, setting technical strategy and ensuring delivery.
• Define roadmaps and align with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee end-to-end multi-platform programs on time and budget.
• Advise on architecture, QA, and best practices across the org.
• Drive innovation, continuous learning, and resource planning.
