Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience managing IT across multiple offices; law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a firm-wide IT strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Oversee IT budget, governance, vendors, and service levels across locations.
• Lead cybersecurity program, risk management, and awareness training.
• Ensure reliable operations, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Manage IT staff and external providers to support productivity and client service.
