Job summary

You will lead contract monitoring, ensure compliance, manage records, assess risk, and coordinate with contractors and agency stakeholders to fulfill obligations.

The role requires advanced contract management knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to operate with limited supervision in a consultative, cross-team capacity.

Qualifications

• A minimum four (4) years of experience in contract management or contract-related roles.
• A minimum of four (4) years direct experience with IT contracts as a contract manager.
• Experience managing IT contracts for a state agency or other governmental entity preferred.
• Current specialized certifications such as CTCM and CTCD, or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Contract Oversight & Lifecycle Management for IT contracts; monitor performance and enforce standards.
• Maintain contract records and ensure compliance with documentation standards and audits.
• Conduct risk assessments and escalate issues with appropriate stakeholders.
• Lead communications with contractors and internal teams; support post‑award conferences.
