Job summary

St. Luke's is seeking an IT contracts administrator who will execute contract processing and administration with precision, adhering to SOPs, best practices and regulatory standards within a large healthcare network.

The role involves negotiating, drafting, and processing software license agreements, hardware purchases and services agreements; maintaining contract records in the contract management database; coordinating approvals; and ensuring timely actions across the contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates contract requests, promptly identifying missing information and providing counsel to internal stakeholders for resolution.
• Demonstrates negotiation, drafting, and processing of contracts, amendments, and terminations per departmental protocols and regulatory standards.
• Conducts due diligence with Legal, Compliance and Business units to align with legal, financial and regulatory frameworks.
• Maintains contract management database and reporting tooling for tracking and workflow.
• Analyzes proposed contracts and terminations to provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Maintains entry and maintenance of contract documents in organizational databases per policies.
