Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience communicating for technical teams or translating complex topics.
• Experience producing executive-level communications and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging communications for technology projects and initiatives.
• Create presentations, executive summaries, and leadership talking points.
• Write and manage content for websites, newsletters, emails, and digital channels.
• Produce internal communications, including announcements and updates.
• Coordinate projects with timelines, feedback, and approvals.
• Design branded materials, templates, and messaging resources.
• Collaborate with technical teams and leadership to translate complex info.
• Ensure communications are accurate, accessible, and standards-aligned.
• Support planning, copywriting, graphics, photography, and editorial review.
• Maintain style guides, content libraries, and reusable assets.
• Monitor and improve communication processes and workflows.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance communication strategies.
