Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with formal project management training (PMI or similar).
• 3+ years of project management experience in IT and non-IT settings.
• Experience planning, leading, organizing, and motivating Agile project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, testing and implementation of complex projects across many stakeholders.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, risk and communication plans.
• Manage project budget and artifacts per BAB PMO standards.
• Engage stakeholders, work cross-functionally to solve problems, identify and mitigate risks.
• Bridge IT and business by assessing processes and delivering data-driven recommendations.
