Responsibilities

• Project management of cross functional processes in IT in support of café new opens.
• Review processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Advocate for the business needs as they relate to IT technology and software.
• Troubleshoot issues for resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments.
• Manage the time and capacity of all the project’s key players.
• Provide timely project status updates.
