Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of business analysis or software support experience.
• 3+ years with SQL, Python, Java, HTML or CSS.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality client support and document resolutions.
• Analyze client industry and translate needs to executable work.
• Follow SDLC processes; create docs, test plans and material.
