Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 3–5+ years FP&A, accounting, or IT budget management.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/accounting software experience.
• Knowledge of IT cost models and cloud cost awareness.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, development, and ongoing tracking of the IT operating (OpEx) and capital (CapEx) budgets.
• Perform monthly variance analysis comparing actual spend to budget; prepare financial reports and forecasts for executive management.
• Review, reconcile, and approve IT invoices, software licenses, maintenance contracts, and third-party vendor agreements to ensure accurate billing and cost optimization.
• Maintain technology cost-allocation models to accurately distribute IT expenses across departments, business units, or project lines.
• Monitor spending on major technology projects, tracking total cost of ownership (TCO) and return on investment (ROI).
• Develop and implement standardized financial procedures within the IT department to improve budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial controls.
