You will partner with functional areas, manage the intake of IT capability requests, budgets, and roadmaps, and work across IT to ensure standards and enterprise solutions.

The role requires a strong track record deploying enterprise IT solutions, excellent communication with senior leadership, and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, CS, or related field; MIS or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years IT solutions experience.
• 5+ years collaborating with IT solution design/development teams.
• 3+ years working within a matrixed organization.
• Experience in operations software with quality/engineering processes.
• Experience with third parties to enable delivery.
• Certifications such as BRMP, PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT business partner liaison and guide IT projects.
• Own IT roadmap and budget coordination.
• Align business needs with IT standards and enterprise solutions.
• Lead demand stewardship of the IT portfolio.
• Provide cost/benefit analysis and business cases.
• Deliver project outcomes and measure benefits post-implementation.
