Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a senior-level advisor to collaborate with DIA and CIO mission stakeholders in Washington, DC. The role emphasizes strategic direction, enterprise architecture, and risk management across IC boundaries.

The candidate will support Senior Technical Advisors, shape strategic roadmaps, and help ensure architecture standards, governance, and procurement lifecycle activities align with mission goals.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred).
• Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, with recent work preferred.
• Experience providing consultative support to senior client leadership on strategy and expectations.
• Firm understanding of IC and DoD risk frameworks and continuous monitoring.
• Subject matter expertise in cloud/systems architectures, security, HPC, or software development.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior client leaders to align program direction with strategic goals.
• Understand DIA CIO mission and impact of managerial practices.
• Support STAs in creating models and strategic roadmaps.
• Provide guidance on DIA strategic objectives related to CIO mission.
• Develop enterprise architecture assessments for senior leaders.
• Maintain enterprise standards and the IT Capability Inventory.
