Job summary

Qualifications

High School or GED required.
Four years direct experience in Business Administration, Information Technology Management, or a related field; supervisory/lead capacity preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools and IT governance, security, compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of the application development team, including workload distribution, performance management, and professional development.
Oversee and coordinate application development projects, ensuring deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CJIS, NIST, ADA, and accessibility requirements.
