Job summary

GFI Digital is seeking a Technology Alignment Engineer to manage technology alignment for diverse clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure technology aligns with objectives through regular on-site visits.

You will document environments, support the vCIO and Project Manager, develop solutions, and escalate complex issues. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and 5+ years in IT are required.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent in Computer Science/IT or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and willingness to handle changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular on-site visits to clients to maintain relationships and understand needs
• Maintain and review client environments to ensure systems run efficiently
• Analyze past support tickets to reduce hours via automation or training
• Collaborate with vCIO and Project Manager to develop solutions
• Document client environments to aid troubleshooting and escalation
• Participate in technology standards development and onboarding tasks
• Serve as escalation point for complex support issues and stay current on tech trends
