Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires four years of college and four years of progressively responsible administrative experience in analytics, reporting, and strategic planning.
• Public-sector experience and strong governance knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DHS business requirements with DoIT's enterprise architecture and project management functions.
• Lead end-to-end collection, analysis and documentation of complex business requirements from DHS stakeholders.
• Monitor readiness and adoption; design and execute change-management and communication strategies.
• Serve as procurement liaison with DoIT, overseeing budgets and contracts.
• Create and manage enterprise documentation and knowledge governance for DHS IT initiatives.
