Job summary

The Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS/Administration) seeks a Manager of Strategic Information Systems Projects to lead its Infrastructure Engineering team in Delaware. The role oversees enterprise-wide on-premises and cloud initiatives, including system development, migration, modernization, and networking while managing budgets and directing an engineering team through end-to-end lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cloud infrastructure engineering experience.
• 3+ years designing, developing and maintaining information systems.
• 3+ years IT project management including planning, scheduling, and project monitoring.
• 6 months experience in budget management and control.
• 6 months experience in staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Infrastructure Engineering team and oversee enterprise-wide on-premises and cloud initiatives.
• Direct system development, migration, modernization, and networking while managing budgets and end-to-end lifecycles.
