Qualifications

• Admission to at least one state bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a forward-looking enterprise IP strategy aligned to innovation pipelines.
• Oversee patent portfolio development, including invention harvesting, patent prosecution, and lifecycle management.
• Drive M&A deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and integration across the enterprise.
• Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional legal and engineering teams to enable digital transformation and global expansion.
