Job summary

AEVEX Corp. seeks a seasoned VP of Investor Relations & Treasury to lead all external investor communications and internal capital markets functions.

You will partner with the CEO and CFO to prepare earnings materials, manage outreach, and run treasury operations related to banking and debt management. You will shape and execute the company’s IR strategy, ensuring transparent messaging on financial performance, strategy, and market positioning, while collaborating with finance, legal, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
10+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance.
Experience managing investor events (earnings calls, investor days, roadshows).
Deep knowledge of capital markets, SEC reporting, and disclosure requirements.
MBA or CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the quarterly earnings process, including executive scripts and investor messaging.
Draft and coordinate earnings materials, Q&A prep, and transcript approvals.
Act as primary contact for investors, analysts, and the financial community.
Provide strategic counsel on investor sentiment, market trends, and competitor positioning.
Oversee SEC filings and ensure disclosure compliance.
Develop investor-facing materials, including fact sheets and letters.
Manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
Monitor analyst reports and shareholder activity for leadership insights.
Lead IR website development and alignment with company strategy.
Support M&A financing, equity or debt offerings, and due diligence.
