Job summary

Aventiv Technologies is seeking a Senior Director of Investor Relations to lead the company’s communications with banks, hedge funds, and other capital providers. You will develop disciplined reporting, governance, and external narratives that reflect strategy and performance, while advising the CFO, CEO, and executives on investor engagement.

You will coordinate board and investor materials, manage timelines, and ensure readiness for earnings calls and disclosures.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or financial communications.
• Proven ability to translate financial and regulatory topics into clear external narratives.
• Experience preparing investor materials such as presentations and board updates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for investors, lenders, rating agencies.
• Develop quarterly, annual, and ad hoc investor materials.
• Prepare leadership for investor calls, meetings, and inquiries.
• Shape investor narrative in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure accurate, transparent, and compliant investor communications.
• Lead governance materials and board materials related to investor sentiment.
