Qualifications

Deep understanding of financial analysis and capital markets in oil & gas.
Strong knowledge of upstream/downstream operations, reserves, and costs.
Experience with public company disclosure practices and securities regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the IR team and set priorities.
Develop and execute the IR plan aligned with corporate strategy and ESG priorities.
Prepare investor communications, earnings materials, and conference materials.
Coordinate earnings calls, investor days, and roadshows with executive leadership.
Validate and interpret financial and operational data for IR deliverables.
Ensure compliance with securities regulations and disclosure controls.
Monitor markets and synthesize insights for leadership.
Manage relationships with analysts and institutional investors.
Maintain and update IR content on corporate channels.
