Job summary

Brunswick Group, a leading financial communications firm, seeks an Associate to join its Financial practice in the United States. The role focuses on integrating investor knowledge into strategic communications for corporate clients, supporting valuation and managing market volatility.

Responsibilities include developing IR programs, advising on earnings and investor days, mentoring junior staff, and cultivating relationships with analysts and the investor community.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of relevant work experience in investor relations, financial communications, or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets and U.S. public company landscape.
• Ability to translate investor perspectives into effective communications for executives, analysts and media.
• MBA or CFA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop investor relations and financial communications programs for clients.
• Advise clients on communicating to investors during earnings, conferences and leadership transitions.
• Support management on financial calendars and investor days.
• Analyze financial information to develop strategic messaging for valuation and volatility management.
• Create cross-channel messaging plans for the investor community.
• Manage and mentor team members and coordinate day-to-day client deliverables.
• Oversee research on fast-moving situations and distill insights for clients.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and the analyst/investor community.
