Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of administrative experience.
• Investor Relations or finance experience preferred.
• Excellent computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, circulate, and collect investor documents for closings.
• Input investor data into investor relations software and property mgmt systems.
• Provide project updates, portfolios, and quarterly reports.
• Coordinate investor events, roadshows, and meetings.
• Maintain investor contact databases and assist with presentations.
• Liaise with AppFolio and ensure timely deliverables for closings.
