Job summary

PJT Partners, a global advisory-focused investment bank, seeks an Analyst to join PJT Camberview’s Strategic Investor Relations team in New York. The role supports client engagements and prepares investor materials, focusing on governance and shareholder matters.

You will contribute to business development, market research, and brand-building initiatives, and should have 1–2 years of relevant experience with strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Outstanding qualitative, technical and analytical skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Robust organizational and time management skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute client engagements to support PJT Camberview’s shareholder advisory work.
• Prepare high-impact management/investor presentations, press releases, scripts and other deliverables.
• Analyze company fundamentals and IR messaging for senior executives and directors.
• Support financial and valuation analyses to address valuation issues.
• Assist senior team with identifying new business opportunities and pitch materials.
• Research market developments and develop institutional investor materials.
