U.S. Bank is seeking an Investment & Partnership Development Specialist to lead internal processes for Elan Partnership Development, analyzing self-issuer credit card portfolios, overseeing contracts, and managing due diligence to craft strategic offers for new partners.

The role requires finance-focused education and 2+ years in related fields, with GAAP knowledge and Excel-based tools to support executive-ready analyses and decision-making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, investment banking, valuation, financial analysis or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of loan portfolio analysis and valuation.
• GAAP accounting standards knowledge for Financial Institutions and Loan Portfolios.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deal process with internal partners to set terms and evaluate profitability for Elan and partners.
• Manage multiple projects across departments in a fast-paced environment and influence stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales team to move opportunities through the deal stage process.
• Analyze loan portfolio purchase opportunities and identify trends and profitability to determine optimal terms.
• Create pro forma forecasts comparing insourced vs. outsourced credit card models for sales support.
• Navigate due diligence with compliance, risk, and legal teams to obtain approvals and close deals.
• Conduct ad hoc research on industry trends, competitors, and KPI drivers to support business objectives.
• Maintain and improve business development processes and deal pipelines.
