Job summary

U.S. Bank in Naperville seeks an Investment & Partnership Development Specialist to lead internal processes for Elan Partnership Development, sign new partners, and analyze self-issuer credit card portfolios.

You will prepare financial offers, manage due diligence, coordinate with finance, risk, legal, and sales, and create pro forma forecasts comparing insourced vs outsourced models. A finance degree and 2+ years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a focus on finance or related field.
Prefer two or more years of experience in business development, investment banking, valuation, financial analysis, or related industry experience.
Have working knowledge of GAAP accounting standards for Financial Institutions and Loan Portfolios.
Ability to translate financial analysis into partner-facing recommendations.
Experience creating Excel-based analytical tools and executive-ready summaries.

Responsibilities

Lead the deal process with internal partners to set terms and evaluate profitability.
Manage multiple projects across departments in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with sales to move opportunities through the deal stages.
Analyze loan portfolio opportunities and determine optimal financial terms.
Create pro forma forecasts comparing insourced vs outsourced models.

Conduct ad hoc research on industry trends and portfolio drivers.
Maintain business development processes and procedures.
