U.S. Bank is seeking an Elan Account Sales Rep to manage a portfolio of large financial institution partners, driving credit card growth and long-term program success.

The role focuses on enabling partner institutions, guiding marketing initiatives, and coordinating with internal teams for sponsored solutions. The position requires extensive experience in credit card marketing, strong sales and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel for regular partner engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically ten or more years of relevant experience.
• Considerable knowledge of credit card product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations.
• Strong marketing and business development/sales skills.
• Financial services background.
• Agent Bank and Payments experience a plus.
• Well-developed negotiation and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Effective interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel.
