Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on finance or related field.
- Two+ years in business development, investment banking, valuation, financial analysis, or related experience.
- Ability to analyze loan portfolios and understand portfolio valuation.
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards for financial institutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deal process with internal partners to set terms and evaluate profitability impacts.
- Manage multiple projects across departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with sales to move opportunities through the deal stage.
- Analyze loan portfolio opportunities and determine optimal financial terms.
- Create pro forma forecasts and scenarios for insourced vs outsourced models.
- Navigate due diligence with compliance, risk, and legal teams to obtain approvals.
