Qualifications

• 7+ years in the financial services industry with proven sales production.
• Series 6, 7 and 24; willing to become licensed within 6 months.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Washington Trust Bank and broker/dealer for non-product/sales functions.
• Manage personal production, client relationships, and business development.
• Oversee compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
• Monitor third-party broker/dealer reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist Sales Assistants with account openings, documentation, and sales materials.
• Develop investment business through seminars, referrals, and outreach to professionals.
