Qualifications

• Licenses: Series 7 and 63 required or preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication; solid business English.

Responsibilities

• Process buy/sell orders for current clients in a timely manner.
• Open new accounts for non-deposit investments under supervision; conduct client interviews and document requirements.
• Assist Investment Officers with opening accounts, preparing client presentations, and post-trade documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of deposit and non-deposit products to support trading and sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with securities regulations and internal policies.
