Job summary

Mondelez España Galletas Production SLU is seeking a skilled logistics operations professional to manage warehouse activities and drive efficiency. You will work with SAP ERP systems to ensure accurate stock control, KPI monitoring, and cost analyses, while coordinating with service providers for timely deliveries and HACCP-compliant quality standards.

The role requires experience in logistics, strong analytical thinking, and proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain functions.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Review stock inaccuracies and align stock between SAP and the warehouse management system.
Collaborate with service providers to ensure on-time, complete deliveries per quality and HACCP guidelines.
Monitor inbound/outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to optimize shelf-life and reduce write-offs.
Perform project-related tasks, including continuous improvement projects and tenders.
Prepare full-cost analyses and provide risk and opportunity assessments.
