Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) seeks an inventory and procurement–oriented professional to keep on-site stock accurate and replenished. You will process stock repairs, track parts, and support technicians to maintain factory operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, issuing requisitions, managing purchase orders, and driving cost reduction while collaborating with finance and operations. ATS emphasizes training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• AA degree (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of related experience, or 5 years' equivalent mix of education/experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information clearly.
• Must be a team player, organized, self-motivated and able to prioritize.
• Strong people and communication skills for interaction with team, customers and management.
• Demonstrates personal discipline in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inventory integrity and on-site stock replenishment.
• Processes repairs for stock, logs parts, and delivers components to technicians.
• Controls inventory from vendors within budget and analyzes stock levels.
• Processes requisitions, tracks orders, and expedites late material.
• Maintains cross-reference system and tracks nonconforming parts.
• Assists with budget adherence and vendor coordination.
• Supports purchasing team and researches difficult parts.
• Participates in cost-reduction programs and process improvements.
