Job summary

The role evaluates inventory positions across branches, determines optimal recovery strategies, negotiates with vendors for favorable return terms, and influences cross-functional teams to improve inventory performance and working capital.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, vendor relations, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and financial decision-making skills for evaluating recovery strategies.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing complex return or recovery scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Analyze company-wide inventory to identify excess, aging, and non-performing stock.
• Determine optimal recovery strategies, including vendor return, transfer, or alternative disposition approaches.
• Lead vendor negotiations to secure favorable return terms, credits, and recovery outcomes.
• Develop and implement company-wide standards, policies, and procedures for inventory returns and recovery.
