Job summary

Ritter Communications Holdings, LLC is seeking a Purchasing/Inventory Control Specialist in Jonesboro, AR. You will manage purchase orders, receive goods, and maintain accurate inventory for equipment and materials.

The role supports lean inventory practices and works with multiple internal teams to forecast needs and ensure on-time supply. Responsibilities include vendor management, order visibility, logistics coordination, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• > College degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• > 3-5 years Warehouse management experience desired.
• > Familiarity with telephony equipment a plus.

Responsibilities

• > Purchase, receipt, inventory and distribution of equipment using ERP system.
• > Manage order visibility for open/past due orders and project costs.
• > Maintain vendor relationships to secure best value.
• > Maintain warehouse data; barcode scanning and repairs.
• > Oversee inbound/outbound logistics; coordinate with carriers.
• > Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories; manage stock levels.
• > Collaborate with Operations, Construction and Engineering teams.
• > Ensure safety and OSHA compliance in the workplace.
• > Travel to sites and Ritter locations as required.
