Ritter Communications seeks an Inventory/Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing, receiving, and distribution of equipment across internal teams and contractors. You will optimize stock levels, coordinate with Operations and Engineering, and ensure accurate delivery through ERP systems.

The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse or inventory management experience, with strong Excel skills and forklift certification. Travel to project sites and Ritter locations may be required.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• 3–5 years warehouse management experience.
• Experience in inventory controls and management a plus.
• Familiarity with various telephony industry equipment a plus.

Responsabilités

• Purchase, receipt, inventory and distribution of equipment using ERP.
• Perform order management to provide visibility on open and past due orders.
• Maintain vendor relationships to achieve best value at lowest cost.
• Maintain warehouse data and perform repairs as necessary.
• Oversee incoming/outgoing logistics; receipt, unloading, shipping and claims filing.
