Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and track purchase orders and inventory records in systems.
• Maintain accurate vendor, purchasing, and inventory data.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare purchasing reports and departmental documentation.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance to ensure supplies.
• Assist in cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Serve as backup in the Supply Manager's absence.
